Ashley Kyro, LPC

Ashley Kyro, LPC is a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Ashley graduated from The University of Southern Indiana in 2013 with a BS in Health Services and an Associates in Occupational Therapy. She is currently under the supervision of Seth Evans, LPCC-S.

Professional Focus:

Ashley desires to provide a safe environment where you can come as you and find support on your path to healing. She takes a collaborative approach to counseling utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment theory, and mindfulness to come alongside those that she counsels to help them reach their individual goals. Ashley is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients recover from traumatic life experiences. Ashley feels it is an honor to get to work alongside those that she counsels as they make changes that not only benefit themselves but also the lives of those they are around.

Personal Interests:

Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking on new crochet projects, visiting various
small towns in Ohio, and playing a friendly game of Catan. Ashley relaxes by going on walks and
hammocking with a good book and an iced latte.
