Krista Cassell is a Board Certified Biblical Counselor (BCBC) and Board Certified Christian Life Coach (BCLC) who graduated from Light University with a Masters diploma in Biblical Counseling, specializing in marriage counseling, pre-marriage counseling, parenting issues. She received her Board Certification in both counseling and coaching through the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Krista is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on how nutrition impacts physical, emotional, and relational well-being. By guiding her clients through personalized plans, Krista helps them achieve balanced lifestyles and make sustainable choices that foster overall wellness.

Although Krista counsels and coaches families and individuals in all walks of life, she is most passionate about marriage counseling, pre-marital counseling, parenting issues, and integrative nutrition. Krista is trained in and utilizes the following professional and personal resources:

Krista is dedicated to supporting families dealing with challenging relationship and behavioral issues, a passion that stems from her own personal journey. After years of navigating the misdiagnosis of her child’s neurobiological disorder, Krista developed a deep desire to help other families facing similar difficulties find healing and restoration. She utilizes the Love and Logic parenting curriculum, which equips parents with practical strategies for fostering respectful and healthy relationships with their children.

For over 20 years, Krista Cassell and her husband, John, the Executive Director of Cornerstone, have been leading small groups at their church. This hands-on experience has given Krista deep empathy and insight into the relational and spiritual struggles people face. Together, they co-developed and presented a sermon series titled "6 New Testament Principles of Successful Relationships."
