Joy Delagrange CT is a counselor trainee currently attending Ashland Theological Seminary. Joy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in counseling from Grace College. In addition to her educational experience, she has experience working with a crisis pregnancy center, has done lay counseling work at Christ Covenant Church, and has experience with children while working as a parapro in local schools.
Joy provides service for those dealing with life transitions and adjustments. She especially enjoys working with college students and has experience with this group. She also has a desire to walk with those struggling with anxiety and depression. She has a passion to see people thriving in their relationships, jobs and over-all life. She has observed and served in several different counseling contexts, including schools/universities, a domestic violence shelter, non-profit counseling centers, and church settings. Some specific areas she is open to working with are Boundaries Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Family Issues, Life Transitions, Marriage, Communication and Conflict, Relationships, Spiritual Issues, Women’s Issues.
Joy is involved in her church’s worship band and loves music, sports, reading, traveling, movies, and going on adventures with friends. She has a passion for helping people attain healthy and rich relationships and helping people strengthen their relationship with God.
